I deal with manufacturers, not four layers of markup. Electrical contractors quote install; I own supply, site audit, and clear instructions on site.
Trades & clients aligned
Contractors focus on labor without carrying fixture cash flow. Clients get one advocate when the spec, delivery, or install has to change.
That includes supplemental filtration and ionization, lighting brightness and colour temperature, controls, mobile units during construction, and technical rooms that have to work after move-in—not just on a spec sheet.
I am not a general contractor. CQIL is for turnkey interior work up to roughly $500K where in-house facilities depth is thin and someone needs to hold the outcome, regardless of which trade or vendor is involved.
RCI Solutions operates as a DBA under CQIL for invoicing when the mandate is energy reduction; on the ground they are separate lanes that I can run under one thread of accountability.
